About this course

Young chef David gil, chief of desserts and creativity at Grupo elBarri, owned by the well known Albert Adriá, along with Joanna Artieda, a young and promising baker, will share their creative processes and teach students to think of new desserts from the design perspective. Students will elevate their creative level thanks to the surprising textures and proposed techniques, while familiarizing themselves with the latest tendencies presented by David & Joanna’s work.
