Frank Haasnoot will reveal his designs and the most sophisticated and innovative chocolate techniques he has developed in the last years. With his unique personal style, he will present colorful decorations which can be used both on individual pastries and entremets.
This workshop will reach you to raise your level of presentation and to integrate your special touch in your work.
Can I just enroll in a single course? I'm not interested in the entire Specialization?
Yes you can take this course by itself as it is an additional Class, meaning it is not a module of the CPBMaster’s 10 day program.

What background knowledge is necessary?
For our 10 day program you must be an intermediate level pastry chef.
For our additional classes a basic-intemediate level is recomended to take full advantage of the class.
Our course begins with the first step for generating great user experiences: understanding what people do, think, say, and feel. In this module, you’ll learn how to keep an open mind while learning.
